Each year, more than 1.5 million people suffer bone breaks due to osteoporosis.Once you reach your early thirties, women stop building bone density. From that point on, women battle with their bodies to keep the density that they have built. So, right now, as women in our late teens and twenties, we need to increase our bone density as much as possible to prevent Osteoporosis later on in life.
